yeah, that's the thing. The market speaks for itself. The last traded price is .44. So it is worth .44 cents after all is said and done. I would suppose that nowadays a dividend would always be a dividend which is quite hard to come by. But having said that, I will still be cautious on this one but will continue to hold. IMHO
