Yes, take for example, the jettison of its oil and gas assets to the new entity WDS in 2022, currently being mismanaged by the Chairman and Board there. As well, quite recently some near abandoned coal mines in Qld was sold off at a real premium to WHC, now struggling with integration and the debt burden.
