SFR is tier 2/3, doesn’t meet BHP criteria. If BHP takes Anglo it’ll produce more than 10% of the world’s copper. BHP is already number 2, or maybe number 1 with Codelco (state owned though) having production downgrades.
This acquisition would put BHP as undisputed number 1 copper play.
