OZL has synergies, already realised $50m in synergies. The key to the OZL play was the blending of ore and workforce, it’s been a success. The bigger picture is OD, cara and prominent hill workforce to expand the existing footprint to over 500,000 kpta. That is why they took over OZL, unfortunately IR laws might stop this.
