Management are starting to look a bit false here in my opinion. The PRU offer is a superior offer right now, its fairly obvious. Much lower risk too getting the cash.

Issue I think we have now is ORR management are quite embedded with SVM given all the work that has progressed to date and the multiple joint interviews etc. They will want the SVM offer to go through.
