Definitely agree with you, the big boys and the rest of us shareholders are not happy with the low ball offers from both parties and wont get 50.1% required.
On another note, I got a phone call on Thursday (didn't answer unknown number) and a message was left it was from the company managing the SVM offer wanting to know if I received the paperwork for takeover and if I would call back and discuss my thoughts on the offer and provide feedback to SVM. I haven't responded.
