Got another call today while at the beach, so I answered but reception was poor so not sure if he heard everything I said before it cut out. Confirmed I received the takeover offer, however I'm not happy with the offer (nor are most other shareholders) namely the total offer and that it will be only listing on TSX (wording in Bidders Statement also does not give any confidence that it will list on ASX) so will not be accepting it. I wanted to still be involved in the project and get to production so would like shares but only if ASX listed. I also mentioned that the all cash PRU offer does not excite either, so will I play the waiting game now and hope both parties get real and give us a decent offer. Think this is when I didn't get response from him, the call cut out or maybe he didn't like what I said and hung up, haha. Anyway let's hope this starts to heat up, ball in both their courts.
