I noted the SVM share price started to decline each time they made their offer, making their price lower.This seems odd behaviour, almost as if the SVM share price was being manipulated lower to make their offer less attractive. I'm wondering if they win whether their share price will rebound. If that is the case the SVM offer is superior.
