Compare your self to alternatives that cost more. While CCP are not a payday lender, payday lenders are a substitute product for a consumer. Marketing101 says benchmark against your most expensive substitute.
Eg "Airbnb is cheaper than a hotel". AirBnB isn't a hotel.
