Sino Investment Services (SIS ) is full owned by SSI, a company in suspension for many years on the ASX?

Is that facility credible? How come in the last 4C report stopped mentioning it, and all of a sudden, it became available again in a matter of weeks?

What is the relationship between SSI, SIS and GCN? Why would SIS be so generous to GCN by providing such a line of credit,without seemingly, any strings attached? Have I missed something?
