Pretty clear statement in the response letter and I don't know how you can take anything else out of it besides the fact that they are exploring financing options, partnering options etc and are confident of having something in place prior to june 30. End of story.
The good news is lopez you only have around 7 weeks to wait before all is unveiled. I know deep down you are excited about the upcoming deal.
