Yes I hear what you're saying jamwolf. For me, on balance IMO it really isn't market sensitive. When high profile personnel are assigned to 'special projects' it's normally not a great sign. I'm guessing its been coming for a while. Personally, I think the most prudent thing would be a sentence to acknowledge it in the next quarterly that as a result of the ongoing restructure the founder has moved on. No song and dance required.

The more interesting question for me is, will he hold onto his shares! If it wasn't a happy split, I'd be torn.
