In any event, I suspect that JW leaving the company, in whatever circumstances, was material to the ability of the company to complete the plant, and should thus have been announced to the market.

Thankfully I am out now. I just keep my eye on the thread so I can attach myself should any class action commence.

I have just 100k shares in APG, so only a few thou $ exposure, but am incredibly disappointed in APG. Bearing in mind your questions above and the current threads, how DOES one ask the ASX to report / investigate the anomalies around this company? Do you have any idea?
