Bud I think the sooner shareholders realise that unless a change occurs (i.e a change of management or management actually doing what they are paid to do that is completing the plant) then this will continue the way it has been going for the past 10 years. If share holders want this plant complete in the next year or two they seriously need to ban together and get rid of management, even maybe shareholders taking control and finishing the plant without having a management team is be happy to see major shareholders that have time on their hands to come together and take over and finish this plant, as we all know it should not take much now, a so called 85% complete. All I know and can see is management stretching this thing out thinking they are fooling everyone. A famous quote I read somewhere said those who think others are stupid are indeed stupid themselves, something to think about....
