Good point @matchbox20, so belief in what the ground holds at value prices is the likely driver rather than speculative fear we might lose a pip or two from short termers due to a capital raising? Only a matter of time. Still need funds to buy the key to unlock the door if the house position looks good. Hopefully they will do a pest inspection before moving in and put in a white ant barrier.
