If we can't pay our bills soon, and there are apparently legal...

    If we can't pay our bills soon, and there are apparently legal claims against us for unpaid wages and something else with a dispute with our geologists resulting in us not even receiving assay results, will that pose a risk of trading while insolvent? We could be risking going into administration where we may be forced to sell assets. If we lose a dispute and are ordered by a court to pay but we don't have the money is that trading while insolvent? There are legal claims against us, unless they've been dropped and I haven't become aware of it. This is a complete clusterfoick.
