siriosly, maybe we are getting on the same page?Conversion Price means 90% of three VWAP’s of the Shares selected by the Investor for the 20 Trading Days ending on the date of the Conversion Notice.
Isn't it so obvious that "if" anyone held large numbers of shares and was so inclined, they could have near total control of the SP? They could use those terms to either accumulate or profit on sales.
I'm not suggesting anything, but, one would need to be blind to not at least get a bit, shall we say, "suspicious" when you see what IS happening on the market??
But, with so many conversions already, there wouldn't be that many left, depending upon the SP at the time of conversion, of course?? i.e. the lower the SP the more shares in a conversion!!!
