The company was strapped for cash not having raised enough at or near the peak from the Kachi discovery.
So they were forced into funding from American 'financiers of last resort' & this is exactly how they operate.
Poor managment or naivety by directors, take your pick.
And shareholders accept & defend a 30 million performance & option share grab by the same directors, words fail me.
