Whichever way I look at it ARA clearly have self interest at heart. Some of the criticisms levelled against CMW board and management seemed justified but I'm not convinced a low ball opportunistic bid for a partial takeover holds any value for shareholders. Bid something like the company is worth and I might be more interested meanwhile my advice to ARA (which I am sure will not be heeded) is pull your head in and stop destabilising the company.
