    I still stand by my comments. He hasn’t set the world on fire but I dont think he has done badly either and I understand and can get behind his strategy.

    DW may not share the same views and that’s where the troubles likely arise from.

    I would actually be happy for SR to stay on and for DW to take a step back and relinquish his role as chairman. As I said in another post, it can be incredible difficult for a CEO to work with a chairman who is also a big investor and likes to get more involved than a traditional chairman would.

    If SR goes, PNV will find it hard to attract talent because of this. Just look at Paradigm bio. A big reason why they got a CEO was to address the corp goveranance issue of the CEO also being the chairman. The CEO hired lasted barely a year. Then they appeared to give up entirely on finding another CEO and just let the founder hold dual roles again.

    DW has good connections so he might be able to get someone lined up, but for sure, talent will be harder to attract. Few will want a CEO role where it is in name only.
