I feel a lot more validated now in my decision previously after selling for a considerable loss. Nothing made sense with their disclosures.

Seriously is this really a surprise? After the COVID-19 'hiccup' it has all been downhill since then. Including resignation of directors, hiring of directors and then those directors resigning almost immediately. Why? Now we know. Who wants to be associated with these guys? SKN too, such shoddy management.

The only company in the Hand Sanitiser Wars who is honest and having a decent go at it - WNB also has the lowest SP! They have the genuine distributors (unlike HCT) and are expanding into Asia, but don't have the 'magical' non-alcoholic HS.

Unless Dr. Rajen comes clean and buggers off into the shadows and lets experienced corporate take over, I really can't see any improvement here (on the business side of things).
