    I think it explains it in the next paragraph after what you have highlighted.
    It's pretty much her just declaring she holds no stock in Copper Mountain.
    It should have been filed with the ASX on the 5th March when the announcement of her joining the company came out.
    I am no expert by any stretch and I think being able to ask questions and not be ridiculed for it is what makes the holders of this stock great. Most of the other things I follow in here are full of dickheads bickering lol
