I doubt they will be able to raise any fresh capital given their last attempt was underwhelming. Investors seem to have had enough of the story, and the current market conditions aren't favourable to loss-making early stage ventures with no clear path to profitability in the near term.
Unless they change their story through either a significant new contract (which seems unlikely) or some form of M&A, they might be in big trouble very soon (purely based on their latest 4C).
