    that is the clarification announcement after the first one was dodgey.
    yer i said they plan to become refiners qhich i have just proven, how am i wrong.

    they have stated the bar they have is only 70% pure but they have done test to get it to 98% pure.
    block me of you want but im only dealing in facts.
