Note the word “clarifying”.
This was because the ASX had brought them to task for false and misleading conduct on their previous announcement by falsely calling themselves a “gold producer” without actually knowing what was legally involved before they could hold that title. This is one of many deceptive announcements. Another is reducing the amount of gold they have previously declared they have but calling it an “upgrade”.
Not to mention undeclared sales of equipment from family members to the company ie the Gekko.
It would have been prudent to go back many years when researching this company rather than read the last few announcements and become a know it all.
