My brother-in-law floated a gold company in the 1990s in WA gold fields around Leonora. He used the 6 million to invest in another company that went bust & the shareholders of his company lost the lot. He himself latter went bankrupt. We sold out on the first day of trade because we had insight into what a hopeless businessman he was. There are a lot of people on the goldfields who see gold speculators as fair game.
