    The facts are he current holds about 10 times more shares in MNS in dollar values.
    What a difference those funds would make to the VRC SP if he used that money and bought on market. It's telling that he doesn't and could be considered a conflict of interests.

    Did I say guess?
    If you can't figure out the conflict of interest in that post ask @Peliatan he will be able to make some story up for you.
