I agree with your post except I think the issue of cash is significantly worse than is being represented by holders.

Volt is now only 2 weeks away from going belly up. No board intentionally places their company in such a vulnerable position and I do not hold your confidence that the next announcement will address this issue. It's clear there has been very little interest in funding the project.

I believe it is now highly likely the funds will come from a convertible note rather than a CR. And this will be a nightmare for shareholders, the "death spiral" as has been described by others.
