What legal perspective are you talking about?
My comments are based on facts from company financial reports.
As per those statements the company is out of money at the end of the month.
They have not updated to the contrary.
Did you read the last quarterly finance update, doesn't sound like it but I suggest you should. Please correct me if you have other evidence against this;
Expected outflow for current quarter - 1864
Current cash bank at end of quarter - 1253
