If you looked at Volt for the first time today I wonder how many of you wouldn't touch the company? Perhaps you would see things objectively, a company with no cash in a long term downtrend and part of sector that is over crowded. Perhaps you would compare the $30 million market cap with peers like WKT at $7 million and say it's expensive.
I think if the vendor tried to sell or IPO this project today it would be worth less than $5 million, certainly not $30 million. And maybe that's why the company is struggling to find new capital? New capital is objective and won't see any upside at the current valuation. At $5 million there might be interest but that's half a cent not 3 cents.
If I'm wrong then why hasn't the company raised funds yet?
