the asx questions address kpmg’s basis for an adverse opinion asking wtf and sas give and answer as to why they didn’t not include those elements. I think those answers sound reasonable enough for the asx to let this exit suspend. Basically:
@ we raise the $15.8 and we’ll be able to stay in business, and
@ we’re negotiating with both GOM and VO in good faith to get out from under those onerous provisions and expect them to go away.
if the asx believe them this this opens again. Additional directors, of course, but I reckon this makes it out of VS.
