The suspension simply means that there is a play on the AGM in November and bringing in investment, and they have been lots and lots of complaints by people who are losing money, so The asx is doing his due diligence

as they responded to the initial suspension, and all the questions were answered, they have obviously come back with more questions that they need answering. There are a few gaps some problems getting figures together out of Argentina the ASX doing us due diligence will protect us all.

even if they were D listed and I cannot see that happening unless I have done something very illegal and wrong then we still own shares in the company and the company still has very solid assets
