    If they have 1 mill in cash bank acc and have got one biz, good cashflow ...ie plus connect ..they should trade pretty nicely ,just be if they want to do acquisition they would need to raise in my opinion? have owned chain of bakeries in past. hav some biz nouse. think they should be ok.
