He'll need the yacht for when he sails away to Tahiti, happy to know that he has the best wishes of the shareholders, who were themselves generously enriched by his tireless contributions. What's the deal with a few minor, non-market-sensitive lapses in compliance with ASX rules? Sheesh. If shareholders get their ++rewards, (which they will, DYOR), they can buy their own yachts, no problems. Impropriety never comes into it.
