Funny on 3 counts:

1) they forgot;
2) procedures are great even though you can forget them;
3) this is the only LR they've been pingged on.

What are they doing in that big office of theirs ? Applying for jobs ? Or just waiting for a nice big payout. Why did Trevor Matthews get a $600k ex-gratia payment when he got demoted ? So many questions.
