    I saw it too and it seems because of the re-domiciliation from ASX to the US but it wasn't first announced yesterday, couldn't figure out why the surge now.

    Maybe the holders of BLT at ASX are trying to buy BNTC up to "boost" the SP of BNTC for the better conversion outcome, as the rate sets at 300 to 1...?
