If Pooley is in financial stress I do hope him the best as I've been in that stressful situation before and it isn't nice. With that being said; I'm livid at Pooley's sell because he has now tainted the great announcement released by the company and lost us all a lot of money even if it is just for the short term. Surely someone in his position would have been able to source $20k very quickly and then repay with his shares following the proper process?
