    ferncol I feel ya. wouldn’t it be nice if just one company just once would surprise us by being early. Or time a cap raise at a high price with a small discount. Seems like everyone these days are late, over budget and pissing everyone off with cap raises. It’s just the way everyone seems to be operating now.
