My dad is now on steroids for smok cess lung issues, and more than 2 puffs keeps him up at night. So the current solutions are not great. Bring in nadolol and there will be a market for it - there is a deseperate need, and we know that to be the case .Unless there is another wonder drug in the wings with a very good set of safety results and a large research set to back it up, nadolol's safety profile will mean it does get picked up.
