What is the basis for your saying that "they are not reducing their salaries"? This would not be something which would require disclosure. If you do a simple calculation on reasonable assumptions you may conclude that they must have reduced payments to directors, including executive directors. In any event, payments to directors and executives are now much less than they were five years ago under the old regime, and much more has been achieved.
