"top 20 are more informed than us unless we have a top 20 holder posting here on HC & if there was no hope then they wouldve made a few substantial holder changed announcements because of selling."

Substantial Holding Notices
These requirements apply when the votes attached to securities, in which a person and any of their associates have a relevant interest (as a proportion of all voting shares or interests), increase above one of the following two thresholds: (a) the 5% substantial holding threshold—after which a person must provide substantial holding notices relating to movements above or below the threshold, and any change of 1% or more (Pt 6C.1

From my memory the only top 20 holder with over 5 per cent is Talico Technologies

"From the looks of it,no major holder has sold."

We cannot make that assumption- sorry to say.
