Agreed. I think this is market response to the company putting in writing that they are not yet insolvent. I'm sure you can tell us @Basileus what the legal ramifications would be if this statement was misleading.

I have TV2 on my "leaks like a sieve" list. Price action usually leaves little doubt about imminent good news......I would expect bigger moves if real news was due out but perhaps this is just the beginnings of a move.
