Yes, I remember that. The problem however is not just that - look at their social media, promotions, websites etc. They haven't been updated for years. I mean which "early stage growth" company has no update whatsoever for over a year and look to raise $5m - I very much doubt even if there was no brexit they would have struggled to raise any money.

There is a lot of money being spent but with zero clarity on where it is going and this is why YNB are in the situation they find themselves in today and not the cap raise last year. Fundamentally, the strategy isn't there and with 20c initial relist they found enough money but didn't know what to do with it.

I was sold into the vision but got so blinded that I oversaw the lack of execution.
