The company's only a year and a bit old, and the fish take a year and a bit to mature, hence why there hasn't been much product to send to market.
Regarding the loss of fish, it wasn't an entire pond but it was a good portion of one (a bit under half, which is insured, though the amount is still being determined) . They did have a monitoring system in place sourced from an external supplier, but it failed. Check the ann from November.
Unfortunately, as you say it's aquaculture, be prepared for surprises if you choose to invest - just check out the frenzy off Port Stephens with the escaping kingfish!
