I just checked the Oxford dictionary for the meaning of Shortly.
Shortly- in a short time, soon.
I find their constant use of this word when referring to contract related matters perplexing. 4 years been invested and have heard it a lot but i guess as we hear that they have been doing this for 20 years, need i say anynore...
