More of the same old, same old, every year another project is being looked at to turn the company around, another dud. it would seem this company exists to provide the directors with some sort of loophole to feather their own nest and shuffle their money. they issue more shares to them self or associates to improve their position and pay their own wages. then if they do find a project that is viable they will do share consolidation making most holders left with a pittance to be mopped up for absolutely no gain. i feel for the other holders who were unfortunate to be holders when the current board took control many years ago.
