Contractor building a house talking to Client. 
"yeah mate, things are going great! We've got the plumbing in, the sewerage is all connected, electricity is all done. But there is a chance that we installed the wrong wood and termites could eat it out and collapse it. But yeah all good! The frames built and everything in place, but yeah termites might eat the whole thing. But all good!" 


This is how I feel about this last Ann. But I'm a LT holder and I'm certain they'll come up gold. I would say take advantage of a probably off sell that may happen here; I'm going to re position at if many sales go on for the .05.
