1 more CR before AGM means he handed almost the whole company for less than 50 million, depending of course on how much, judging on last time that would be another 20 million.

The company will survive but shareholders who held 100% of the company 12 month ago will hold how much when the dust settles? 

This is all because the company decided to go the TAVR  project without securing proper funding first, causing the company to raise at these ridiculous levels.

They should should have stuck to the patch business with minimal expenditure until they were able to secure funds BEFORE committing to the project not after.  So little regard was given to the money of shareholders that some like my self worked all their life to save.  I have no words to describe the way this has affected me and my family.
