Realistically they need to partner with a big player to drive the TAVR project . They have neither the experience , money or recognition in the market to drive this product . Not to long ago this company had a market cap of 200 mil . Nothing has changed apart from the fact they have run out of cash . Surely it would be better to partner with a large company on this project rather than sell out for peanuts or go belly up . With market acceptance and good sales on that TAVR products , even with a major partner in this project it will be easy to see this company achive a SP far beyond what they were before
