If you read what I wrote carefully, it fits with what you just said. You could be right that the NDA is not directly related to LNU. However, as I said, its not hard to see how Hemisphere might have stumbled upon Linius while trying to work out how to build whatever it is they are building for the NDA player.

If they are using LNU as part of the solution then of course LNU would thereby end up covered by the NDA to the extent that it is part of the work they are doing for the NDA
